Common questions

You earn per approved video. Approving it sets your fee aside; it is counted when the brand closes the payment cycle, under the campaign’s terms. Payouts open soon — you’ll connect your bank on a Stripe page. Until then your earnings are counted and kept, in Earnings.Connect your bank once, in Earnings, on a Stripe page — Klymb never sees your IBAN. Each payment from the brand then lands in your account.

Vertical 9:16, 1080p minimum, MP4 or MOV. Keep your hook in the first 2 seconds — the rest is in Video quality.

This page holds what applies to every campaign. Each campaign’s own rules are in its brief: open the campaign from Campaigns — “The brief” says what the brand wants and what to avoid.

Yes — every active campaign appears under Campaigns. Just avoid reusing the same cut for competing brands (see Usage rights).

A brand can ask for changes before approving a cut; the number of revision rounds is set in your contract. You’ll get a note in Messages with exactly what to adjust.

A Spark Ads code lets a brand run your TikTok post as an ad from its own ad account, without reposting it. In TikTok, open the video → ⋯ → Ad settings → turn on Ad authorization → choose how long → Generate code, then send it in Deliverables or Messages. It’s the brand’s request: the brand runs the ad, the code stops working when the time you chose ends.

Reach out in Messages as early as possible — most brands can extend if you communicate. Repeated misses can affect future invites.
